Job Description:

Manage entire project life cycle Serve as single point of contact for Account Advocates/Client for new implementations Co-ordinate with different stakeholders / teams to get clarity on requirements and ensure completion of implementation activities. Document implementation process and procedures Gather and document product specific requirements Assure 100% client satisfaction Participate in quality assurance Coordinate new network/FI setup/conversions Network/BIN paperwork management Client portfolio management BIN inventory management Instance closures Manage CIG queue
