Job Description:
  • Manage entire project life cycle
  • Serve as single point of contact for Account Advocates/Client for new implementations
  • Co-ordinate with different stakeholders / teams to get clarity on requirements and ensure completion of implementation activities.
  • Document implementation process and procedures
  • Gather and document product specific requirements
  • Assure 100% client satisfaction
  • Participate in quality assurance
  • Coordinate new network/FI setup/conversions
  • Network/BIN paperwork management
  • Client portfolio management
  • BIN inventory management
  • Instance closures
  • Manage CIG queue
Skills Required:
Qualified persons will thrive both in an independent and team environment. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines.

Candidate must be results oriented and capable managing multiple engagements concurrently
