Job Description:
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Supervise the admin staff (i.e office boys, Watchmen, janitorial staff, Gardeners, Drivers)
  • General maintenance of whole office
  • Periodic Maintenance of office equipments(i.e Gensets, Acs, Photocopier, furniture, carpet etc.)
  • Look after Car maintenance and its insurance matters
  • Facilitate the internal customers for resolving day to day issues that faced in office
  • Making and keeping the record of capital assets
  • Look after water issues(i.e Tankers, Drinking Water etc)
  • Look after Kitchen, Cartridges, Toners, and Stationary Stock
  • Generating Purchase Requisition for admin requirements
  • Getting Quotations from vendors and get the maximum discounts
  • Maintain Company imprest account
  • Look after admin Expenses and reports
  • Look after Utility Bills issues
  • Supporting in event management
  • Assisting HR for getting EQ, IQ, Communication Test, pics and other HR docs of the new candidates)
  • Look after rent a car matters
  • Maintain the mobile phone sets record
  • Coordinating with FDE for resolving the Food issues
  • In the absence of receptionist all the concern works related to reception should maintain by admin executive (i.e dialing and receiving call, Air and Hotel reservations, distribution of mails, and dispatch)
Skills Required:
Candidate should be a hard worker, punctual and honest. He/She should have a good writing and verbal communication skills of English and Urdu both, he/she should also be confident, motivative, power to control over emotions, positive thinking, negotiation skills with having strong will power. He/She should wiling do any assigned tasks related to admin at any time, and perform the activity with fully dedication and honesty.
Candidate Should work with dedication for better productivity of the company.
Should be familiar with office Environment and office Equipments, (I.e how to communicate with seniors and juniors, know about rules and regulation of offices, how to write an email, best knowledge of computer literacy, Generator, photocopier, printer, fax machine, PABX, scanner, back office jobs etc).
