They are Seeking Candidate for the Latest Banking Position of Sub Officer Admin, Qualification required must be B.A / B.com / MBA 3 Years - 4 Years (experience in administration)



Job Description:
  • To Assist in printing of personalized cheque for bank's valued customers as per request received from branches through respective zonal offices.
  • To Assist in correspondence with printers for printing of special cheques for the customers in coordination with branches and stationery store.
  • To Assist in obtain branch codes numbers form IT Division for upcoming branches.
  • To Assist in finalization of branch name & address for upcoming new branches in consultation with Legal / respective.
  • Area Managers and finally getting approval from Zonal Office.
  • To Assist in arrange printing for relevant security (cheques, pay order, demand draft) & other stationery items for new branches after final approval of name / address from respective zonal offices.
  • Assisting in daily operational issues / day to day problems faced by the branches / department.
  • To Assist in formulating reply & compliance of audit report for the Administration Department & Stationery Store.
  • To Assist in working as Divisional Compliance officer.
  • To Assist in checking & signing all the bills for onward submission to Finance Division.
  • To Assist in installation, operation and phasing out of Generators & Air-conditioners.
  • To Assist in installation, operation and phasing out of Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • To Assist in installation, operation and phasing out of Access Control System i.e. Electronic Locks, Biometries, Metal Detectors & Walk Through Gates.
  • To Assist in provision and operation of Janitorial & Fumigation Services.
  • To Assist in provision and operation of Courier Services.
  • To Assist in provision of Uniforms, Shoes &Jerseys to Non-clerical staff.
  • To Assist in operation, maintenance & phasing out of Office Equipment i.e. Note Binding, Note Counting, Photocopiers etc.
  • To Assist in repair &maintenance of Furniture.
  • To Assist in formulating and conducting Service Level Agreements 1 Contracts.
