Job Description:          I.   The trainer will create and deliver training programs that promote job                            competency and professional growth within a positive corporate culture.        II.  Train Bank’s employees on products and services, software/systems, customer service and selling skills. He shall ensure that quality training programs are developed, customized, approved, maintained, revised and properly documented as required. Schedules, conducts and facilitates blended learning programs, classes, seminars, sessions and workshops. Develops, customizes and maintains related training support materials. Skills Required: Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to deliver programs to a high quality. ·         Business awareness and commercially focused. ·         Leadership and strong management skills. ·         Ability to devise solutions to complex problems. ·         Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others. ·         Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills. ·         Strong influence and negotiation skills. ·         Integrity and approachability. ·         Strong ability to research, and write training materials.
