As a Lead Sales you need to consider following
Provide high profile leadership and direction by maintaining positive customer service and employee relations.
Accountable for all aspects of store operations.
Accountable for all aspects of store operations.
Ensure that safety and security are maintained, reporting all problems/hazards immediately.
Oversee performance and resources to ensure sales achievement, customer service, appropriate staffing and expenditures.
Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to hiring, coaching/counseling, discipline, terminations and evaluations.
Ensure proper training of employees regarding company policies and procedures, job requirements and expectations.
Ensure that all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
Conduct bi weekly employee briefings.
Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job specifications
Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent or successful work experience.
Experience required: Minimum one year.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with co-workers, staff, and the public.
Ability to accept responsibility for direction, planning and control of the sales.
Ability to make judgments and decisions and communicate these clearly based on established policies.
Ability to work well with others and maintain positive employee morale.
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
Experience required: Minimum one year.
