An Ideal Candidate is one whocan work on creating organizational charts

• Can do work on particularly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Can Create Statistical reports for measuring KPIs
• Job Description, 
• Creating Performance Management System, 
• Policies, Business process flow charts, / Diagrams
• Creating business process standards (SOPs) Training materials 

Required Skills:
Must do work independently with little directions and instructions
Must have done on all above in practical
Knowledge of Consumer Electronics Retail / Supply Chain Industry
