The ideal candidate
should be a BSC in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, must have a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related
field with Specialization in the area of Value Added Services will
be preferred
Job Description
- Manage the VAS (SMSC, MMSC, EVC (Jazz Load), Mobile
Financial Services (MobI Cash), WAP Gateway)
- Conduct Configuration of the VAS entities
- Coordinate with the centralized point of contact to
handle all the technical issues on VAS
- Responsible for vendor management
- Coordinate with planning teams for roll
out/troubleshooting of new business features, upgrades and integrations
- Accountable for alarm/fault management of VAS
- Conduct stats monitoring/reporting and fixation in case
of degraded KPI’s
- Coordinate with marketing, and commercial teams in
their technical queries
Essential Skills
- Should have sufficient experience in VAS entities
- Should have Knowledge of VAS call flows, UNIX based OS,
Programming, database administration,
- Should be a team player
Desirable Skills
- Should have a background in shell scripting,
- Should have a strong OS knowledge with any of the
programming languages.
