Job Description
Monitor and manage the customer care side of Franchise, MSP and BDO channel,
Responsible for achieving company targets and QAST set KPIsMonitor and manage the customer care side of Franchise, MSP and BDO channel,
- Responsible for training and grooming team members
- Accountable for auditing company’s assets /stocks at the franchises and MSPs
- Schedule monthly surprised visits to the assigned zones
- Responsible for reporting staff and outlet related issues to the management and getting them rectified in the most efficient manner
- Responsible for scheduling monthly meetings with the teams and franchisees and coordinate their performance and company targets
Essential Skills
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
- Should possess good interpersonal skills
- Should have excellent writing and communication skills
- Should have good analytical skills
- Should be a team player
- Should possess excellent presentation skills
