Job Description
Monitor and manage the customer care side of Franchise, MSP and BDO channel,
Responsible for achieving company targets and QAST set KPIs
  • Responsible for training and grooming team members
  • Accountable for auditing company’s assets /stocks at the franchises and MSPs
  • Schedule monthly surprised visits to the assigned zones
  • Responsible for reporting staff and outlet related issues to the management and getting them rectified in the most efficient manner
  • Responsible for scheduling monthly meetings with the teams and franchisees and coordinate their performance and company targets
Essential Skills
  • Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills
  • Should have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Should have good analytical skills
  • Should be a team player
  • Should possess excellent presentation skills
