PMC is looking for energetic & motivated professionals for the following positions based in Lahore:
1.Project Manager:
At Least 10 to 15 Years outstanding and professional experience in project management within government or private sector.
Demonstrable experience in Geology, Geophysical Surveys, Supervision, Sampling, Core Logging, Mining, Resource Estimation & 3D Modeling.
Ability to handle Mineral Exploration Projects of diversified nature. Ability to liaison with International Firm, Resident Consultant must be able to resolve project related issues and matters. Must be proficient in computer applications.

2. Chief Internal Auditor:
Minimum 5 to 7 years overall diversified experience in Audit, Accounts / Finance Function in public and private sector including three years as head of internal audit in a large organization. Should also have through experience of coordinating with government officers I handling DAC and PAC matters on behalf of the company. Chief Internal Auditor will head the internal audit department of the company and will report to board audit committee for all function of his position. Ability to work with the audit committee. Must be proficient in computer applications.
3.Manager Admin, HR, IT:
At least 5 to 7 years working experience in handling contracts, legal matter and liaison with regulatory bodies.
Ability to handle all legal matter of the company, dealing with legal cases and providing assistance in secretarial matters related to various meetings. Must be proficient in computer applications.

4.Manager Legal:
At least 5-7 years relevant experience of heading the HR,
Admin and IT functions. Must have experience of developing HR policies, manuals and procedures. Ability to monitor compliance with HR Policies &
Procedures. Must be proficient in computer applications.

5.Manager Business Development Unit (BDU):
At least 5 to 7 years experience in Business Modeling, Financial Analysis and Budgeting. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Business Case Development. Must be well conversant with MS Office.
6.Manager Finance And Accounts:
At least 3 to 5 years experience in Finance, Accounts, Planning 8 Budgeting. Ability to develop and maintain effective & efficient financial reporting procedures and systems, must have analytical skills. Must be proficient in computer applications.
7.Manager Purchase:
At least 5-7 years relevant experience of Procurement of Minerals and other goods & services. Must have experience of developing procurement policies. Must be proficient in computer applications.
8.Coal Technologist:
At least 2 to3 years experience in Coal Procurement, Supply
Chain, Sampling, Beneficiation, Up gradation & Blending
Techniques. Must be proficient in computer applications.

9.Geologist:
At Least 2-3 Years Experience of Geological Mapping, Geophysical Surveys, Drilling Sampling and 3D Modeling. Must be proficient in Computer Application.
10.Accounts Assistant:
At least 2-3 years experience of Cash Handling, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Book Keeping and excellent reading 8 writing skills. Must be proficient in computer applications.
11.Assistant HR:
At least 2-3 years experience in proficient in MS Office application, excellent reading & writing skills.
