Job Description:
Ensuring superior quality delivery of all the Customer services: ATM Card Delivery, ATM PIN Delivery, ATM card return procedure; Inspecting: the checklist of Branch's Service Quality officer, dress code of staff Branch timings Branch sign-age & ticker timings; Monitoring: of Branch & ATM Health. In case, ASQS findings contradict with SQO; ASQS report will supersede and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her for keeping faulty records.
Ensure branch quality performance by creating a double check mechanism.
Regularly analyzing the Electronic Qeue reports.
Continuous correspondence with the service quality officers.
