How Can I Make my CV Perfect?? Or Role of CV and Cover Latter must read and share with others.

CV is Most Important part of Interview. It’s a document that’s representing your Bio-data, Qualification, and Experience. If we are talking about Pakistani People, they are not agree to make their CV by oneself. The people mostly Edit the resume of other. And it has judged that mostly People Comes for An interview even  don't have an idea about their CV.

I am quoting example here for explanation: A Candidate comes for an interview, he has done BS electrical Engineer and he  wasn't  have enough idea about his CV. He  wasn't have any experience but, he mentioned in his CV more than one year of experience regarding his field. When I  asked about it then he said sorry I don’t have any experience. And even he wasn't knew about the contents that he mentioned in  his CV . 

Facility of internet cafes is rising in Pakistan day by day. People are using these Cafes  to make CV  and the CV that build by the Nonprofessional Persons Create a bad impact on Interviewer. A Candidate should keep in mind that there is no hard and fast rules to build a CV. But just keep in mind that your CV is representing yourself. Your CV  distinguish yourself to others. Must attach Cover Letter along with Your CV.
