Job Discription
Conceive and execute plans for new development projects relating
to tourism and recreation sector.
Actively participate in the development process for assigned projects
with focus on innovation, time to market, cost minimization
and overall project quality.
Research and analysis for initiating development projects.
Develop and implement project budgets to optimize R&D return on investment.
Conduct feasibility, pre-feasibility and preparation of Concept Papers for new initiatives. Develop data base for potential tourism and recreation facilities highlighting cultural assets and events.
Monitor and control progress of projects to provide technical oversight and ensure sound application of Engineering Principals.
